Our Process

Initial Consultation

During the initial consultation, we will take the time to understand your needs and goals. We will discuss the various services we provide and how they align with your vision. By asking targeted questions and listening to your feedback we can identify the best possible options, considering affordability and what is achievable.

Site Visit

Once appointed we will then visit your site to conduct a survey where we will take any required photographs and measurements. This information will allow us to create 2D plans and a 3D model that serves as the foundation for your design.

Initial Concept Design

After the initial design has been modelled, we will schedule a second visit for you to review the design and make any adjustments. Typically, this process takes a few weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design. We would appreciate your patience as we work together to perfect your vision.

3D Model and Pre-App Advice

Over the following weeks, we will implement the necessary adjustments to your design. Along side this process we will be also be creating 3D visualisation images to accompany the drawing plans for the Design Access Statement included in the planning application process. At this stage pre-appication advice may be sought to inform the full planning application.

Developed Design and Submission

The next stage involves presenting our completed works prior to the planning application process. This is a significant opportunity to showcase our efforts and ensure everything aligns with the project vision. We look to receiving feedback and making any necessary adjustments before moving forward. Your insights will be invaluable as we prepare for the next steps.

Technical Design

Once planning permission had been approved the developed designs are worked on further to create technical drawings that are in compliance with statutory Building Regulations. A cost plan may also be included in this step.

Construction

The construction phase, sees the proposed drawings come to fruition.

This includes the administration of a Building Contract, regular site visits and inspections, and reviewing progress up  to completion.
